A Conundrum from Wollaton Hall
The above photograph was sent to us by May Carr because of the solid, pale blue orb that can be seen above the chair back. If we zoom in on the orb though, we can see that, unusually it isn't spherical but has a flat edge on either side.

On examining the photograph in greater detail we also noted another curio. We happened to zoom in to look at the pictures in the room and noticed a strange anomaly on the picture immediately to the left of the door.

At the time of writing we are unsure if this is a trick of the light or even a fault on the picture frame but it seems strange that it should fall exactly in the right place to complete the face.
