The following is a series of pictures that was taken
using motion detection software on a laptop computer and a web camera. The
series of photographs, each of which clearly show the time taken have been
compiled into an animation so that the changes between each picture can
easily be viewed. For convenience, the animation repeats endlessly.
The webcam had been set up in the Kings Bedroom at Tutbury castle and the
whole of the investigation team vacated the building. The sequence opens
with the door to the room being closed behind us. Please note there are no
windows in the room, so that the shadow that passes across the camera
cannot have been caused by anything passing in front of a window.
Also note that a chair that can be seen on the lower left hand side of the
picture also seems to disappear. |
